These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and helptowin (hereinafter "helptowin," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your registration, access, and use of the helptowin online gaming platform accessible at helptowin.net and all associated mobile, web, and API interfaces.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from translation into another language, the English version shall prevail.

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active helptowin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. helptowin employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts, including but not limited to device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing.
When registering a helptowin account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are obligated to promptly update this information if it changes at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your helptowin login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. helptowin will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence. You must notify helptowin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
helptowin accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to use your helptowin account under any circumstances. Any account found to be operated by a third party or shared between multiple individuals will be immediately suspended.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, helptowin is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at helptowin's discretion in response to account activity that requires verification.

KYC verification typically takes between one (1) and twenty-four (24) hours from submission of complete and legible documentation. helptowin reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is incomplete or unclear. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
If a Player fails or refuses to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so, helptowin reserves the right to suspend the account and restrict access until verification is completed. Continued refusal may result in account closure.
helptowin accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice based on technical or regulatory factors.
The minimum deposit amount for GCash and Maya is one hundred Philippine pesos (₱100). Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods may differ and will be displayed at the time of transaction. helptowin reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit limits at its discretion.
All deposits to helptowin are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits submitted in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees will be borne by the Player.
You may only fund your helptowin account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to another person are strictly prohibited. helptowin reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold deposits that do not meet this requirement.
To be eligible for withdrawal, a Player must have: (a) completed KYC identity verification; (b) fully met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds subject to such conditions; (c) not exceeded any withdrawal limits applicable to the Player's account tier; and (d) not be under any account restriction or investigation by helptowin.
For fully verified accounts, helptowin aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes; InstaPay and bank transfers — fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes; PesoNet — one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
In accordance with anti-money laundering requirements, helptowin reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source used for deposit, particularly where withdrawal amounts exceed total deposit amounts or where suspicious activity is detected.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on the Player's account tier and selected payment method. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of the Player's account dashboard. helptowin reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time.
helptowin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.
helptowin maintains strict policies against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk or hedge betting strategies designed to extract bonus funds without genuine play; coordinating with other players to fulfill wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is detected, helptowin reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the relevant account(s).
All casino games available on helptowin — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for non-live games, and use independently operated live dealer studios for live casino products.
The RNG systems underlying all helptowin slot and virtual games are independently tested and certified by qualified third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published and available to Players. These represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific returns for any individual session.
Live dealer games on helptowin are streamed from professional studios operated by licensed providers including Vivo Live. Live game results are determined by physical dealing or spinning in real time. Sports betting results on helptowin are determined by official results from the relevant sporting authority or governing body. helptowin reserves the right to void bets where results are disputed, where an event is abandoned, or where a manifest pricing error has occurred. In the case of voided bets, the original stake is returned to the Player's real money balance.
helptowin will not be liable for losses suffered as a result of disconnection during gameplay caused by issues on the Player's side, including network failure, device failure, or browser issues. helptowin will make reasonable efforts to maintain game continuity and will honor game results recorded on helptowin's servers at the time of disconnection.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helptowin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; loss limits; reality check notifications; temporary cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 180 days); and permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months, after which the Player may request reinstatement subject to a mandatory assessment.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the helptowin platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms. This license does not include: (a) reproduction or distribution of any platform content; (b) creation of derivative works based on platform content; (c) reverse engineering of any platform software; or (d) use of helptowin's brand, logos, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helptowin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or gaming winnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the helptowin platform, even if helptowin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
helptowin's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their helptowin account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit helptowin's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by helptowin's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
helptowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
In the event of account closure not arising from Player misconduct, helptowin will return the Player's verified real money balance to the original payment source within a reasonable period. Where closure is due to Player breach, helptowin reserves the right to forfeit all balances including winnings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first attempt to resolve disputes through helptowin's internal complaints procedure by contacting the helptowin support team. helptowin will acknowledge complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
helptowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they substantively affect Player rights or obligations — helptowin will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform.
Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of existing provisions, or additions of new provisions that do not reduce existing Player rights, may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.
